Ingredients:
Tengra Fish (500 gm), yellow mustard( 3-4 tb spoon),Garlic(10-15 pc), Ginger, Red
chilli,Peeper, Turmeric( 2 spoon), Butter, Tomato ( 1-2 pc), Onion( 2 pc), Mustard
Oil, Salt, Garam masala, coriander power( 1 spoon),coriander leaves, curry
leaves and lemon.
Step 1: Cleaning:
Wash the fish with turmeric, lemon and water. This will
remove the smell and make it more hygienic.
Step 2: Marinate:
Add 1 tb spoon turmeric powder, mustard oil, salt, garlic
ginger paste (4:1 ratio), garam masala (1 pinch), pepper (half tb spoon) and lemon.
Keep it in freezer for 10-15 min.
Step 3: Frying: Here is the trick.
Heat oil for about 10-15 min. When you see oil is heated
enough, add the fish and put the flame to medium.
High flame will cook form outside and low flame will make
its more soft. For curry fish should be fried fully.
Step 4: Curry:
Grind yellow mustard, onion, ginger, garlic, coriander powder, tomato, pepper.
Put mustard and coriander in 4:1 ratio. Add Oil and fry the paste till it get
brown. Add little water and keep frying. Add lemon, salt and cover the pan in
low flame. Once its fully brown (mustard bitterness will go off). Add hot water
(2 cup). Once it starts boiling add the fried fish. Leave it for 10 min on high
flame.
Garnish it with coriander leaves.
